You can return or exchange any unopened or defective items within 14 days of order shipment for a refund to the original method of payment.

Any valid return request initiated after 14 days of order shipment will be refunded in store credit.

Any return request initiated after 30 days of order shipment will be declined.

If you receive a defective item, or one that you feel does not fit the description or condition described on our site, you must initiate a claim within 60 days of receipt.

For obvious practical reasons, we cannot accept claims of this nature after that window has elapsed.

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.
Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Second Day:
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive
in 2 business days.
Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

Express with tracking (3-5 Days) — If you need your order faster, then this is your option fully trackable and insured up to $100.00. Please remember these are business days not counting holidays, customs clearance, etc. Ardiente Designs is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office.
