You can return or exchange any unopened or defective items within 14 days of order shipment for a refund to the original method of payment.

Any valid return request initiated after 14 days of order shipment will be refunded in store credit.

Any return request initiated after 30 days of order shipment will be declined.

If you receive a defective item, or one that you feel does not fit the description or condition described on our site, you must initiate a claim within 60 days of receipt.

For obvious practical reasons, we cannot accept claims of this nature after that window has elapsed.

USPS First Class International for all international orders, delivery in 2-4 weeks.

Standard Ground:
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.
Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Second Day:
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive
in 2 business days.
Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for

ECONOMY Shipping (14-30 Days) — This is a slow but guaranteed delivery option for international orders delivered to home or business addresses around the world.

Guaranteed Tracking/Insurance Shipping (10-30 Days*) Recommended option if you wish to have Tracking and/or Insurance for your orders.
Priority with Tracking (7-14 Days) — Faster delivery and completely trackable
Express with tracking (3-5 Days) — If you need your order faster, then this is your option fully trackable and insured up to $100.00. Please remember these are business days not counting holidays, customs clearance, etc. Ardiente Designs is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office.
Ardiente Designs cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.

Your order is guaranteed to arrive or your money back. Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems. But occasionally, our shipping providers may mishandle a package or deliver it to the wrong address.
To correct this, we eliminate your risk. We guarantee your order will be delivered to you, or we will gladly refund your money.

A few qualifications apply:
- You must file a report within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
- If your order is not received within 30 days, we will file a claim on your behalf with the appropriate shipping company, and begin researching the matter.
- Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems.
- In most cases, undelivered mail does not get lost -- it usually gets re-routed by mistake and will eventually be delivered to you or back to us.
- The solution of your claim may take as long as 5-8 months since our shipping providers must conduct their own investigations.
- If your package is not delivered, we will track down your shipment and correct the situation, or we'll refund your order.
Care Instructions for Ring-Spun Cotton Shirt
Washing:
Machine wash cold with like colors.
Use a gentle cycle to maintain the softness and integrity of the fabric.
Turn the shirt inside out to protect any prints or embellishments.
Detergent:
Use mild detergent to avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the
fibers.
Avoid bleach, as it can weaken the fabric and fade colors.
Drying:
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry to prevent shrinking and
maintain shape.
Remove promptly from the dryer to reduce wrinkles.
Ironing:
If needed, iron on low heat.
Avoid ironing directly on prints or embellishments. Turn the shirt
inside out or use a cloth barrier.
Additional Tips:
Avoid fabric softeners, which can coat the fibers and reduce
softness.
Wash dark colors separately to prevent bleeding.
For stains, pre-treat with a mild stain remover before washing.
